There's still time to sign up for the Artisan Kitchen  July Cooking Class!!!!!!!!!!!

Chefs Karla Lawrence & David Jones will be featuring DESSERTS! DESSERTS! DESSERTS! at this month's cooking class. Specifically, they will be demonstrating the art of cannoli--which originated in Sicily and is an essential element in Sicilian cuisine.   Cannoli literally means "little tube" and these tube-shaped shells of fried pastry dough are filled with a sweet, creamy filling--usually containing ricotta.

The class  begins at 7 p.m.  and it's $30 for each person.  Come on!  It's casual and fun and BYOB! 

We're having a heat wave....a not so tropical heatwave here in Western Kentucky.  It's the two H's everyone in this part of the nation dreads---HEAT AND HUMIDITY.  It's too hot to do much of anything...especially cook. So let Artisan Kitchen do the cooking for you! Or stop in and pick up a made-to-order fresh garden, spinach or chef salad!
