SALADS! SALADS! SALADS!

On days like this when it's absolutely sweltering outside, a crisp, fresh, chilled salad full of garden fresh veggies just sounds like the right thing to do!  We offer the freshest of the fresh salads at Artisan Kitchen and each are prepared to order. Here's a rundown of our entree salads:

Fresh Garden Salad: A bed of mixed greens and tossed with broccoli, cauliflower, cucumbers, red onions and tomatoes.

Spinach Salad: A bed of mixed greens and tender fresh spinach leaves tossed with our signature spicy bacon, toasted walnuts, mandarin oranges, red onions and mushrooms.

Artisan Chef Salad:  Our garden fresh salad topped with shredded cheddar cheese and your choice of our roasted turkey, grilled chicken, or Black Forest Ham.

Salmon Caesar Salad: Grilled-to-perfection salmon atop of bed of fresh mixed greens, black olives, fresh Parmesan, croutons and our homemade Caesar dressing.

Thai Beef Salad:  Beef tenderloin medallions marinated in a blend of Thai spices on a bed of fresh mixed greens, red onions, radishes and cucumber with our Thai Peanut Dressing.

Asian Chicken Salad:  Fresh mixed greens topped with almonds, mandarin oranges, bamboo shoots, chicken and water chestnuts with Mandarin Sweet Oil Dressing.

All Artisan Kitchen Salads are served with your choice of the following homemade dressings: Mandarin Sweet Oil, Peppercorn Ranch, Creamy Bleu Cheese, Raspberry Vinaigrette, French Poppy seed and 1000 Island.

Stop by for a SALAD and pick up one of our take and bake casseroles. There's lots to choose from including veggie lasagna, french quarter pasta, chicken tetrazzini and meatloaf! Thirty minutes from oven to table and dinner is DONE!!!!
