Upcoming events that Support the Carson Center (We love the Carson Center!!)
On March 28, we will be catering the celebration for the 5th Anniversary of the Carson Center. This is especially meaningful to us because we just celebrated our own 5th anniversary last April and the Carson Center has been a part of our growth as a business from the beginning. It is a huge asset to this community, and I would like to personally thank all of those in the community who had the forsight and understanding necessary to make it a reality.

The second event we will be partipating in is the Wine Tasting and Auction on April 16th. A number of other restaurants and caterers will also be participing to make this a fun night of wine, food and fun.

And finally, we will be catering the Vinter's Luncheon on April 28. This will feature a reception with Anton Pestun of Robert Mondavi Winery, silent auction and art display, and a luncheon and seminar on pairing wines and food.
