It's official.
All of the permits are in order and work has begun on our expanded kitchen. The dance studio next door moved out at the first of the year and we have been planning our expansion since. The extra space will primarily be used for prep work and cake decorating. We will also have expanded area for retail space. I'll keep you posted on our progress.

Cooking Classes
We will be conducting the second night of our Delightful Dessert class for the A La Carte series at WKCTC on Tuesday. Our upcoming classes will feature Chinese and South American Cuisine. Please contact Becky Haus at the college (270-534-3086) if you would like more information and schedules. We increased the number of spots to 20 for each class to accomodate for people.
